Terms of service
Last updated 25 October 2026
Plain version: you pay monthly, you can leave whenever you like, you are responsible for what you tell the bot to say, and we are responsible for keeping the service running. The detail below is what that means when something goes wrong.
1. Who this is between
These terms are an agreement between LoomTech of Colombo, Sri Lanka (“we”, “us”) and the business subscribing to Omnipulse (“you”). By using the service you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you may bind it.
2. What the service is
Omnipulse connects your messaging channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram and a web chat widget — to an AI assistant that answers your customers from documents you give us. You get a dashboard showing every conversation, and you can take over any of them at any time.
We set it up for you. That means we write the instructions, connect the channels and test the bot against real questions, and you approve it before it goes live.
3. What it costs
- A one-time onboarding fee of $150, covering setup, channel connection and your first knowledge base import. It is payable before we start and is not refundable once the work has been done.
- A monthly subscription, from $49 per month, billed in advance. Each plan includes a number of messages; the current plans and rates are on our pricing section.
- Overage. If you pass your included messages, you choose in advance what happens: we pause the bot, or we bill the per-message rate for your plan. We will not silently run up a bill you did not agree to.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or bank charges that apply where you are. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price of your plan, and you may cancel rather than accept it.
4. Term and cancellation
There is no minimum contract. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel by telling us — email or WhatsApp is enough — and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then stops. We do not refund part months, and we do not charge an exit fee.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if payment fails and stays unpaid after we have asked, or if your use puts the service or another customer at risk. Except where the breach is serious enough to need immediate action, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
On closure you can ask us for an export of your conversations and documents. Ask within 30 days; after that see the retention section of the privacy policy.
5. What you are responsible for
- The content you give us. The bot answers from your documents. If a price in them is wrong, the bot will quote the wrong price. Keeping them current is your job, and it is a one-minute job by design.
- Having the right to share it. You confirm you may give us the documents you upload and may let us process your customers’ messages.
- Your channel accounts. You must follow the rules of the platforms you connect — in particular Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. They, not we, decide whether your account stays approved.
- Telling your customers. Where the law where you operate requires you to disclose that they are talking to an automated system, or to have a privacy notice, that is yours to do. We will help you word it.
6. What you may not do with it
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or anything else that amounts to spam.
- Use it for anything illegal, or to deceive, harass or defraud the people messaging you.
- Present the bot as a qualified professional — a doctor, lawyer, pharmacist or financial adviser — or use it to give advice that one is legally required to give.
- Collect payment card numbers, passwords or government identity numbers through the chat.
- Probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it as your own without a written agreement with us.
7. What an AI assistant cannot promise
This is the clause worth reading twice. The assistant is built to answer only from your documents, to cite the document it used, and to say that it does not know rather than guess. That is a genuine design constraint and it removes most of the ways these systems go wrong.
It does not make the answers guaranteed. The assistant can misread a document, miss context, or answer a question you did not anticipate. We do not warrant that every reply will be accurate, complete or suitable for a given purpose, and we are not liable for a decision you or your customer makes on the strength of one. Review the conversations — they are all in your dashboard — and take over whenever the stakes justify it.
For anything where a wrong answer causes real harm — medical, legal, financial or safety-critical questions — configure the bot to hand over to a person instead of answering.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously and we monitor it, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these plans. Parts of the service depend on third parties — Meta, Telegram, our hosting and model providers — and an outage at one of them is an outage for you too. We will tell you what is happening when it does.
Planned maintenance that needs downtime will be announced in advance and kept to quiet hours where we can.
9. Who owns what
You keep your data. Your documents, your conversations and your customer records remain yours. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you, and nothing more — in particular, we do not use them to train models. See the privacy policy.
We keep the software. Omnipulse, its code, its design and its name stay ours. Your subscription is a right to use it, not a transfer of it.
If you send us an idea for an improvement, we may build it without owing you anything for it. We would rather have the idea than the formality.
10. Limits on liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or lost data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
This is a low-cost service for small businesses, and that cap is the trade that keeps it at this price. If your use needs a higher limit, talk to us about a separate agreement.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it. If you do not, cancel before then and nothing further is owed.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction. Before anyone goes near a court, email us — nearly everything is quicker to fix by talking.
