Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, and we walk you through it. Most of the setup happens on Meta's side and takes a few days of back-and-forth with them. The $150 onboarding fee covers us doing that with you, step by step. If you'd rather start without it, the web chat widget works the same day.
What file types can I send you?
PDF, Excel spreadsheets and plain text files. Most businesses send a price list and an opening-hours sheet, and that alone covers the majority of what customers ask.
What happens when the bot doesn't know something?
It says it doesn't know and gives the customer your phone number, rather than guessing. You'll see the question in your dashboard, so you can add the answer and it'll handle it next time.
Can I see what it's saying to my customers?
Every conversation, in full, as it happens. You can read along live and take over at any point.
How long until it's live?
The web chat widget can be live the day you send us your documents. WhatsApp depends on how quickly Meta verifies your business, which is usually a few days and occasionally longer.
